Bohemia and Moravia was a protectorate occupied by Nazi Germany from 1939 until 1945. The creation of Bohemia and Moravia was in direct violation of the Munich Agreement. The president of the Czech Republic was forced into allowing German troops to occupy the territory, and to give over control to Hitler while the president became more of a figurehead.
